In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the kso303 website accessible at https://kso303.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.
• "Company" or "we" or "kso303" refers to the operator of the Platform, licensed under an applicable international gaming jurisdiction.
• "Player", "you", or "User" means any individual who registers an account on, or otherwise accesses, the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal member account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their Account from their own financial resources.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by kso303 under specific promotional conditions, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by kso303 before a withdrawal can be processed.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency supported on the Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the time zone used as the default reference for all Platform operations and support hours.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms and conditions that may be published in relation to individual offers. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless a specific provision in another document explicitly states otherwise.

Access to and use of the kso303 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated system).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. kso303 strictly enforces this age requirement in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds returned to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to online gaming services is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of kso303 or any related entity.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee for a third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

To access the full range of services on the kso303 Platform, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kso303 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify kso303 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• kso303 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

kso303 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of that commitment, all Players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal is processed, and at any subsequent point where kso303 deems further verification necessary.

The standard KYC documentation required includes:

• Government-issued photo ID: A valid Indonesian National ID Card (KTP) or passport showing your full name and date of birth clearly.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Selfie verification: A clear photograph of you holding your ID document alongside a handwritten note stating "kso303" and the current date.
• Payment method verification: Where applicable, confirmation that the payment method used for deposits belongs to the registered account holder (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking app showing your name and account number).

KYC documents must be submitted in a clear, legible format. Obscured, edited, or suspected fraudulent documents will be rejected and the relevant Account suspended pending investigation. kso303 processes KYC submissions within 3 business days (WIB). Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is approved.

kso303 accepts deposits via the following local Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

• The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced at platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transfer limits.
• Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the sending bank. Delays may occur outside of banking hours.
• Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
• Players must use only payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refunded and may result in account suspension.
• kso303 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• kso303 is not responsible for delays caused by banking system outages, maintenance windows, or third-party payment provider issues beyond our control.

Withdrawals from the kso303 Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• All withdrawal requests require a fully approved KYC verification on the account (see Clause 5). Withdrawal requests submitted on unverified accounts will be held pending until KYC is completed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the kso303 account. Cross-name withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday) are typically processed within 15 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• kso303 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if such a review is in progress.
• Where a deposit was made using a specific payment method, kso303 may require the initial withdrawal to be returned to the same method, up to the value of the original deposit amount, before any remaining balance can be withdrawn via an alternative channel.
• Any Bonus Balance must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements in full before the corresponding winnings can be withdrawn (see Clause 8).

kso303 offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion's details:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are not withdrawable in their original form. Only winnings generated from wagering the Bonus Balance, after all rollover requirements are met, are transferable to the Real Money Balance and eligible for withdrawal.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. The applicable rollover multiplier will always be stated clearly in the promotion's terms.
• Wagering contributions from different game categories vary. As a general guideline: sports betting contributes 100% toward rollover; live casino table games contribute 20%; slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles typically contribute 100%; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) contributes 50%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any Bonus Balance and associated winnings that have not satisfied rollover requirements within the stated validity window will be forfeited automatically.
• kso303 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion in progress will have their bonus terms honoured for the originally stated validity period.
• Players who are found to be exploiting bonuses — through multi-accounting, deliberate low-risk hedging strategies, or collusion — will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided and their accounts may be permanently closed.
• kso303 will never automatically enrol players into bonus programs. Bonuses must be actively claimed by the Player within the promotional period, unless otherwise stated.

All wagers placed on the kso303 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. kso303 does not guarantee that any particular odds will remain available for any period of time.
• kso303 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there has been an obvious error in the odds displayed (e.g., a clear data-feed error resulting in prices significantly inconsistent with the market). Affected Players will be notified and their stakes refunded.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets — a format popular among Indonesian football bettors combining multiple selections across BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and other leagues — if one leg of a parlay is voided, the bet is recalculated as if that leg was not included.
• Live in-play bets accepted before a significant event (e.g., a goal, red card, or injury in a football match) that has already occurred but has not yet been reflected in the live odds feed are subject to cancellation at kso303's discretion.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits per event and per Player account are set at kso303's discretion and may vary by market, event, and account status. These limits are communicated within the betting interface.
• Bets that have been fully confirmed and accepted may not be cancelled by the Player except where a cash-out feature is explicitly offered for that specific bet and market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kso303 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balances held on the account:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or banking details.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, AI tool, or mechanical device to access the Platform, place bets, or interact with game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing mistakes on the Platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, tournament results, or live betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or matched betting using kso303 bonus funds in a manner designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, overloads, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform's infrastructure.
• Reproducing, distributing, or publishing any content from the Platform without prior written consent from kso303.

All content published on the kso303 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, and game assets — is the intellectual property of kso303 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or sell any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any kso303 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner without prior written approval from kso303.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or game mechanics.

Any unauthorised use of kso303's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kso303 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if kso303 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses caused by circumstances beyond kso303's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, telecommunications failures, government actions, banking system outages, or third-party payment provider disruptions.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors in odds, prices, or results data supplied by third-party data providers, provided such errors are corrected promptly upon discovery and affected bets are treated in accordance with Clause 9.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by kso303's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

kso303's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claims arising under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kso303 is strongly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact our support team to initiate an account closure and any applicable balance withdrawal.

kso303 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes to these Terms via the email address registered on their Account. However, failure to receive or read such a notification does not affect the binding nature of the updated Terms.

kso303 operates under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised regulatory authority. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights afforded to Players under Indonesian law.

In the event of a dispute arising between you and kso303 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

1. Internal Resolution: You must first raise the dispute with our support team at [email protected], providing full details of the issue. kso303 will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days (WIB) and aim to provide a substantive resolution within 10 business days.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal resolution process, you may escalate the matter to our licensing authority's dispute resolution body in accordance with the procedures established by that regulator.
3. Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved through the above steps are subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international regulatory body. Both parties agree that arbitration shall be conducted in English and that the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You agree that any claim against kso303 must be brought within 12 months of the date on which the event giving rise to the claim occurred. Claims brought after this period are time-barred.
